Tower B lift #2 frequently stuck on 11th floor
For the past week, lift 2 in Tower B halts between floors 10 and 11. Seniors are scared to use it. Please get the AMC team to inspect urgently.
Visitor parking always full by 7pm
We need a clear visitor parking policy and enforcement. Residents' guests are unable to find spots in the evening.
Low water pressure on top floors during morning hours
Floors 18+ in Tower C have very low water pressure between 7 AM and 9 AM. Please check the booster pump schedule.
